TORONTO SUN DOESN'T LIKE TRUDEAU - SO?

Here in Canada there were a few by-elections held a few days ago; there were some surprises; new Liberal leader Justin Trudeau -- son of former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau -- seems to be having an effect on Canadian politics; although it may be a little early to make any predictions as to what the results would be in the next major election.

The Toronto Sun editorial today elects to ignore recent developments as indicated above. Their bitterness continues unabated and unbrained...

Trudeau fails to impress voters

Whether one likes Justin Trudeau or not, some have boldly stated: "Trudeau's the next Prime Minister, without question."

A FORD MOMENT

My regular readers might be wondering why I have not addressed the Rob Ford Show. Forgetting the fact that I`m very busy right now, perhaps it`s the fact that Rob Ford (Toronto City Mayor!) is too easy a target.

DOCTOR WHO - TO GRADE

My thanks to reader "DonaldAR" for bringing a certain Youtube video to my attention in response to a posting I wrote on actor Colin Baker's turn as Doctor Who's "The Doctor" (here); it immediately won a whack of hits, and the comment "Compelling documentary!" from my faithful reader.

Former BBC One Controller Michael Grade was responsible for cancelling the long-running BBC programme Doctor Who.

Here is the video segment featuring "Lord" Michael Grade (He hates "Sci-Fi" -- great)...

HERMANN RORSCHACH

Google today has a tribute to Hermann Rorschach, the Swiss "Freudian" psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. Like many, I've known about the "Rorschach Test" for years, but I could not tell you much about the man himself. (WikiEntry here.)

The picture affixed to the Wikipedia article instantly made me think about a certain actor: If someone decides to make a biopic on Rorschach, soon, I think they may want to consider casting Brad Pitt.
